Flame less cooking: Desiccated Coconut ladoos

Ingredients:
§ Desiccated coconut: 1 ½ cup
§ Condensed milk: 2 cups
§ Elaichi (green cardamom) powder (optional)
½ tsp
§ Saffron (optional) few strands
§ Almonds (optional) 8-10

Method:
1) Take 1 cup of desiccated coconut in a big bowl. Keep aside ½ cup of desiccated coconut
separately for later.
2) Add condensed milk to the coconut in the big bowl and mix well.
3) Add Elaichi powder, saffron and crushed almonds to the above mixture. (optional)
4) Divide the mixture into small portions. Use both your palms to roll it into balls.
5) Roll the balls into desiccated coconut and garnish with almonds.
