Wolf Robots Used in a Japanese town now
Japan, Nov 15: The countryside of a Japanese town, Takikawa was disturbed by bears frequently. The government then convened an emergency meeting to discuss the threat caused by bears. They decided to keep monster wolf robots to frighten them away.
The monster wolf consists of a shaggy body with four legs, a blond mane and fierce glowing red eyes. When the motion detectors of the robot are activated, it moves its head, flashes light, and emits 60 different sounds ranging from wolfish howling to machinery noises.
This helps to scare away the bears from entering the town. After keeping them, there has been no bear encounter in the town. The bears were coming into the countryside because of shortage of food in the wild.
