New TCS CEO
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) appointed a new CEO – Mr. Kirthi Kirthivasan, after the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of the company Mr. Rajesh Gopinathan, resigned unexpectedly.
Mr. K. Kirthivasan has been associated with TCS since 1989. Before becoming the CEO, he was the President and Global Head of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance – BSFI, business group, TCS.
Besides this, he has also held leadership roles in customer relationship management, delivery, sales, and large program management.
Mr. Kirthivasan is also a member of the Supervisory Board of TCS Technology solutions AG.
Mr. R Gopinathan will guide Mr. K Kirthivasan till September 15th, 2023.

New CEO of Tech Mahindra
Mr. Mohit Joshi has been appointed as the CEO of Tech Mahindra and will take charge of the company when the current CEO Mr. C. P. Gurnani retires on 20th December 2023.
Mr. Gurnani’s tenure will get over on the 19th of December, 2023. He joined Tech Mahindra in 2004. At that time, it was called Mahindra British Telecom.
Mr. Joshi is presently the President of Infosys. He will join Tech M on 9th June 2023. Mr. Joshi has also been the Faculty of the Global Financial Services and Healthcare. He was the Head of Finacle, as well as the Head of Sales Operations and Transformation for Infosys.
