Nairobi, August 19: The World Athletics U20 Championship 2021 is an international athletics competition for junior
category, presently happening in Nairobi in Kenya from 17 to 22 August 2021.
In mixed 4×400 relay race Nigeria won the gold medal in 3:19.70s, Poland came second and got the silver in 3:19.80s. The Indian team which comprised of Bharat Sridhar, Priya Mohan, Summy, and Kapil won the bronze medal in 3:20.60s. With this win, India won its 5th medal in the U20 World Athletics Championship. This is our country’s first ever medal in a relay event at the global level.
