USA, July 2: In basketball, the Phoenix Suns have become the first team to reach the NBA finals by beating the Los Angeles Clippers 4-2 in the best-of-7 series in the semifinals. In the sixth and last game, the Phoenix Suns won 130-103. Paul George of the Suns was the top scorer with 41 points. In the first five games, the Suns won the first, second and fourth games, while the Clippers won the third and fifth. In the eastern conference, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Atlanta Hawks 123-112 in the fifth game to lead 3-2 in the semifinals. In the first four games, the Bucks won the second and third games while the Hawks won the first and fourth.
