Arif Khan, India’s Alpine skier, has qualified for the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, securing his spot during the qualifier alpine skiing event in Dubai.
Arif has represented India in many international events earlier such as the South Asian Games, Asian Games and World Ski Championships.
The 2022 Winter Olympics is scheduled to take place in Beijing, China and will commence on 4th February, 2022, continuing till 20th February,2022.
This will be China’s first Winter Olympics and its second Olympics overall after the 2008 Summer Olympics.
This will also be the first time that Winter Olympics will be hosted by a city that had previously
hosted the Summer Olympics.
