Europe, Aug 18: In the football UEFA champions league Europe qualifiers, Young Boys Football Club (Switzerland) defeated Ferencvaros Football Club (Hungary) 3-2.

With this win, the Young Boys FC(Football Club) moved on to the next round of the championship. Ludogorets Football Club (Bulgaria) defeated Malmo FF Football Club (Sweden) 2-1. Despite this, the Malmo FC moved on to the next round of the championship.

This is because of the aggregate rule in football. If team 1 plays the first match and wins 2-0, but they lose the second match 1-0, they will still qualify because the aggregate is 2-1. Malmo FC had a 3-2 aggregate win. The match between Benfica FC(Portugal) and PSV FC(Netherlands) ended in a tie of 0-0. Benfica FC moved on to the second round via the aggregate rule.
