Manchester, England: Tottenham Hotspur F.C. beat Manchester United F.C. (3-2) on Saturday, 19 February 2022. The match was held at Etihad Stadium, also known as the City of Manchester Stadium, in Manchester.
Hotspur’s Dejan Kulusevski scored the 1st goal for Tottenham in the 4th minute of the match. Manchester City’s first goal was scored by İlkay Gündoğan. In the second half, on minute 59, Harry Kane scored another goal for Tottenham. Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez equalized the score in the penalty shootout. However, Harry Kane scored Hotspur’s 3rd goal in the next penalty, ultimately leading to Tottenham Hotspur’s win.
Harry Kane was also awarded the Man of the Match.
Currently, Manchester City is on top with the most points having 69 points and Tottenham is at the 5th position with 39 points.
