Hungary, June 24: Cristiano Ronaldo helped Portugal advance to the Round of 16 in the Euro Cup 2021. Portugal drew 2-2 against France and came in the top 3 of group F. 36-year-old Ronaldo scored both the goals with penalties. Ronaldo gave Portugal a lead first, but Karim Benzema scored two goals to give France a lead. Ronaldo again then scored a goal to draw the match. He also equaled former Iranian striker Ali Daei’s world record of the most goals scored by an individual in international football as he scored his 109th goal in this match. Portugal will play against Belgium in the Round of 16.
