Sweden, Feb 7: In the cross-country Team Sprint free technique held in Ulricehamn in Sweden, Italy won the game.
Francessco De Fabiani and Federico Pellegrino of Italy had a good hold of the race and finished in record time of 18:29.00. Switzerland and Sweden got the second and third positions.
(Cross country skiing is a really tough and hard event, which takes 4-5 hours covering 5-10 kms per day of the total 10 to 20 kms. Team Sprint – teams of 2 skiers each sprint against other teams).
