Atlanta, May 11: The Championship started on May 10th at the State Farm Arena, Atlanta (USA).
Today’s game was Washington Wizards (WAS) vs Atlanta Hawks (ATL). In a basketball game, the play time is divided into quarters. In every match, the players have 4 quarters of 15 minutes each, therefore 60 minutes for each match. In the first quarter, ATL had got 34 points while WAS had 32. The next quarter ended with WAS in the lead with 30 points to 27. But they did not hold up for long, because the Hawks scored 35 points, while The Wizards scored 17. When totalled, the Atlanta Hawks won with 125 points. Russell Westbrook (WAS) made history at this game. Westbrook broke Oscar Robertson’s 47 year old record for triple-doubles. When you get three achievements in a game which are double digits, you make a triple double. He scored 28 points, 21 assists, and 13 rebounds.
