Paris, Mar 25: In the ongoing Orleans Masters Super 100 tournament in France, India’s Saina Nehwal prevailed over France’s Marie Batomene by 18-21, 21-15, and 21-10 and entered the quarterfinals.
Ira Sharma beat Bulgaria’s Mariya Mitsova in women’s singles second round by 21-18, 21-13 and qualified for the quarterfinals. In men’s doubles Dhruv Kapila and M.R.Arjun beat the English duo Rory Easton and Zach Russ by 21-11, 21-12 and sailed into the quarterfinals.
In men’s singles Kidambi Srikanth won against Malaysia’s Cheam June Wei by 21-17, 22-20.
