London, May 6: Chelsea beat Real Madrid 2-0 to reach the finals of the UEFA Champions League. They won the league only once in 2012, while Real Madrid has so far won thirteen times. Chelsea’s Mason Mount and Timo Werner scored a goal apiece. Werner hit a header into the empty net 28 minutes into the match. Mason Mount tapped the ball into the goal just five minutes from time. That was enough to seal Chelsea’s victory.
Chelsea and Manchester City will play in the finals in Istanbul on 30th May as they both won in their second leg.
