The Films division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, is organizing an online film fiesta from 23rd to 25th September, which will showcase 10 films on the life and works of India’s leading classical dancers.
There is ‘Sitara Devi’, a film on Kathak, ‘Yamini Krishnamurty’, a film on
Bharatanatyam, Odissi, and Kuchipudi, ‘A Luminous Jewel-Pt. Birju Maharaj’, a film on the Kathak maestro, and a lot more like these.
Nrityanjali is a celebration and tribute to the exhilarating art of dance.
