Manika Batra has become the first Indian TT player to win a medal at the Asian Cup.
She won the Bronze medal at the recently concluded Asian Cup 2022.
She is currently ranked World No. 44. She defeated World No. 6 ranked Hina Hayata (Japan) 4-2 to win this historic medal.
In this tournament, Manika has also defeated World No. 7 Chen Xingtong (China) in the round of 16.
