Memory is one of the most important learnt skills. A good memory helps us in more ways than The study of memory stretches back at least 200 years. Memory is simply encoding, storing and retrieving data when required. Everything we do, see, think or even learn requires memory.
In today’s era, where memorizing anything is not very necessary because one can google, we forget that to facilitate critical thinking, our brains use information stored in long-term memory. We require these one-of-a-kind memories in order to truly understand and interact with the world around us. We may be losing an important part of our identity if we rely on browsers to store our knowledge.
Playing memory games will not only help you get better with memorising things but also help with other brain functions like attention, concentration, etc.
Memory games also help you develop visual recognition, and help with critical thinking.
