Flameless Cooking: Tomato Platter by Shivani Manivannan

Ingredients:

• Tomatoes – 4
• Finely grated Cabbage – 1/4th cup
• Coarsely powdered, roasted peanuts – 1/4th cup
• Juice of Lemon – 1
• Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
• Finely chopped chillies / Red chilli powder – 1tbsp
• Sev/bhujia for garnish – optional.
• Salt /chat masala to taste.

Method:
§ Cut slightly thick slices of tomato.

§ Make a mixture of finely grated cabbage, roasted peanuts, coriander and chillies.

§ Add salt and juice of lemon to this mixture.

§ Scoop one spoon of this mixture and place it on the sliced tomatoes.

§ Garnish with bhujia and serve fresh. Enjoy!
