Ingredients:
½ cup rolled Oats or quick oats.
½ cup Milk.
½ cup Yogurt or additional milk of choice.
1 Banana or any other fruit of your choice(sliced)
¼ tsp Vanilla essence.
½ tsp Cinnamon powder.
1 tsp Honey.
1 tbsp Chia seeds, walnuts, almonds(optional)
Pinch of salt.
Chocolate chips/ chunks (optional)
Method:
• Take oats in a jar or bowl and add milk. • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
• Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or
overnight.
• Enjoy chilled, or slightly warm it before eating in the morning
