Second Phase of Bihar Elections 2020, polling concluded
Delhi, Nov 4: As you already know, Bihar has 243 Assembly Constituencies. On November 3 , the second phase of voting was held. In this phase, 94 constituencies were covered. We have covered all details of Phase 1, Bihar Assembly elections.

The Bihar Assembly elections will be held in 3 phases – On October 28 , November 3rd and 7th .
- Voting was closed by about 5 pm at most places. The voter turnout for the second phase is 55.44%. It was 54.39% for the first phase.
- The highest voter turnout was in Minapur, at 64.99%, while the lowest was Kumhrar at 35.69%.
- The final phase of polling for 78 constituencies is on November 7th . Results will be announced on November 10th.
