New Delhi, Nov 2: Selected for the Incubation Center at Shiv Nadar University. Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) is a Government of India initiative to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country. The program is run under the aegis (support) of NITI Aayog. Atal Incubation Centers are a part of this overall program. These centers are created at selected colleges/locations across the country.
Just like a young plant needs nurturing, a young organisation also needs support in terms of facilities like office space, or guidance from senior people. Incubation centers provide the nurturing that young businesses (also called startups) need.
The Children’s Post of India has been selected for incubation at the Atal Incubation Center located at Shiv Nadar University. This is a result of a selection process in which startups have to share the details of their current work, and their plans for the future. A jury of experienced professionals then selects some startups. The startups that are selected can then use the facilities provided by the incubator.
