President Biden signs more executive orders
Boston, Jan 29: An executive order is a signed, written, and published directive from the president of the United States that manages operations of the federal (central) government. The 46th American president, Joseph. R. Biden, has signed many executive orders since he was inaugurated as the president on 20th January. These include orders on economic relief related to COVID-19, the protection of public health, climate change-related issues, and protecting the federal workforce. On Thursday, he signed two more executive orders which will restore the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid to the way it was before Trump became president. When someone enrolls in a health insurance plan, they generally pay a periodical premium to keep that plan. The act that has been signed now includes subsidies to help lower-income individuals cover the cost of their plans. The second order that was signed by Biden protects women’s health at home and abroad.
